Customer-centricity and the power of thank you
This is seriously one of the best marketing campaigns I’ve seen in a long time. TD Ameritrade took the time to thank their customers in a very unique way. Take a few minutes and watch this.
Without happy customers, your business won’t last very long. What are you doing to make them feel special? I bet TD Ameritrade will have each of these customers for life (not to mention they did many other things during this campaign).
